Launch campaign 'I love my IT department'

Superior services and innovative solutions can change the face of enterprise IT. The time has come for the CIO to become an actual sparring partner for the business; yet to earn that trust, IT has to prove they are not just an enabler, but an actual co-creator of business value. In this light, Giarte has launched the international campaign ‘I love my IT department’ with a website, LinkedIn group and upcoming book, to improve the reputation of the corporate IT department.

One main field of expertise is outsourcing. Annually, hundreds of outsource contracts are evaluated with due diligence. This survey is unique in terms of its scope, level and result. Our 'Outsourcing Performance' study evolved into a lively sub-community with benchmark studies, research notes, diners and round table discussions. The study has proven to help managing outsourcing relationships more successfully.

Services co-developed with executives
Based on our trusted relationships with CIOs we developed ITsat, a practical methodology to measure and improve user satisfaction globally in an ever-changing sourcing landscape. ITsat delivers objective and automated feedback to continuously improve the quality of the end-to-end service chain. We reinvented user satisfaction as a metric that can be linked to other ratios like TCO, process compliance and SLA performance.

Giarte is based in Amsterdam and carries out projects mainly in the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK.
