Transparency Services
Performance is often a black box, especially for IT. In careful collaboration with CFOs, CIOs and CPOs Giarte has developed various studies, benchmarks and methods to provide transparency in the market for IT service provision. These services assist organizations to measure and benchmark the performances of both the internal IT department and the external IT suppliers.
The key to the success of these Transparency Services is the willingness to standardize key performance indicators and to be an active part of a community. Clear performance criteria have been formulated for various situations, which are measured consistently and regularly. Many organizations participate in the studies and benchmarks. Annually, hundreds take part in various benchmark surveys into supplier performance.
The service portfolio includes a benchmark of the performance of outsource suppliers, a benchmark survey into the performances of SAP implementation partners and a benchmark of the hourly rates of IT suppliers for various IT functions. Giarte has also developed a service which measures and reports IT satisfaction for companies: ITsat. With the help of ITsat the client acquires an integral and ongoing picture of the effectiveness and performance of the internal IT function and the connected suppliers.
Giarte also develops software solutions needed for measurement and reporting processes. With these tools Giarte is able to automate complex data collection processes, to the benefit of its clients.
