Service Excellence in IT

Especially since the direct and indirect costs associated with unhappy customers and lost production hours are enormous. \'The Wow factor\' is a book on service excellence in IT. It explains how to improve on the quality of IT services and to save money at the same time.
Trends & IT 2009: Back to Basics

SAPconomy
For many companies SAP is the platform for their business processes. As a result of its increasing possibilities and high complexity, companies are often dependent on external implementation parties if they want to realize the full potential of SAP. There are many companies offering services for implementation, hosting and projects. Giarte developed SAPconomy to investigate the performance of such external service providers.
The first edition of SAPconomy has been carried out in 2006. A total of 117 organisations provided their opinion and assessed their suppliers, amongst other things in terms of the quality of consultants and project management. The result was an extensive overview of the current market landscape, presented to many of the largest SAP service provicers in the Netherlands.
