Theory, however, gets lost in practice when the economic tide is going out. More than 160 IT managers within the DigitalBoardroom community have participated in our annual IT Trend survey. The answers were surprisingly unambiguous.
Time Hire Benchmark Professional Services
Based on a request by several large organisations, Giarte has developed a new time hire benchmark for consultancy services. The benchmark determines the average prices paid for three consultancy domains: strategy consulting, business consulting and financial consulting. Participants get a clear view of their own procurement effectiveness. Presented in an easy to understand report, the benchmark compares their average prices against market averages.
Results are split across three axes: length of the assignment, experience level of the consultant and the type of consultancy. Participants can analyse the influence of the three factors on price. A better understanding of these drivers will serve as a valuable negotiation tool for the procurement office. Each participant receives personalised reporting as well as the general overview of the market.
