Launch campaign 'I love my IT department'

Superior services and innovative solutions can change the face of enterprise IT. The time has come for the CIO to become an actual sparring partner for the business; yet to earn that trust, IT has to prove they are not just an enabler, but an actual co-creator of business value. In this light, Giarte has launched the international campaign ‘I love my IT department’ with a website, LinkedIn group and upcoming book, to improve the reputation of the corporate IT department.

Service Excellence in IT

Every organisation aims for a high quality of IT services. This is easier said than done. Lots of organisations struggle to keep their end users happy. Especially since the direct and indirect costs associated with unhappy customers and lost production hours are enormous. 'The Wow factor' is a book on service excellence in IT. It explains how to improve on the quality of IT services and to save money at the same time.

Community services

Giarte has created peer-to-peer networks for various executive groups, such as CFOs, CEOs, CIOs and higher IT management. Clients include consultancy firms, leading software companies and international service providers. Giarte's goal is to create a solid base for business development and lead generation. Our clients focus on creating an in-depth relationship with their target audience to enable boardroom selling.

The purpose of the networks is to provide frameworks for themes, collating practical knowledge and the exchange of experience amongst top managers. The networks are facilitated and top managers can learn of important developments through events, executive research and special content, amongst others. By developing executive communities clients can communicate with their executive target audience at the right level, interesting them in their service features in a suitable manner while strengthening and expanding their network of relationships.

Attractive and interesting themes for the target group are worked out in collaboration with the client. Speakers, publications and target group are integrally coordinated. The result is executive programmes which connect with the target group in terms of subject material and level. Giarte has some 10 years of experience with research and events for top managers.

The basis of all networks is DigitalBoardroom, an umbrella community from Giarte. Several thousand managers are involved virtually and physically in this community. Online survey panels, e-letters and websites form the digital part of the network. Roundtable events, brainstorms and summits are the physical meeting points for CXOs.

In terms of subject material Giarte works with general themes (horizontals), such as sourcing, governance and M&A, but also focuses on sectors (verticals) such as banking, insurance, industry and retail.
